• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 medium peeled and grated potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

• Combine grated potatoes, eggs, flour, milk, sour cream, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
