Ingredients

• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 large peeled and boiled potatoes
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• For frying, use oil
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

• Cook Time: 15 minutes
• Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

• Mash the boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
• Combine the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
• Combine thoroughly.
• Shape the mixture into small balls or cylinders with your hands.
