Hasselback Potatoes with BBQ Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup bbq sauce
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 4 large potatoes
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 pound ground beef

• Prep Time: 20 minutes
• Cook Time: 1 hour

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 425°F.
• Wash the potatoes and thinly slice them, being careful not to cut all the way through.
• Brush potatoes with melted butter in a baking dish.
