Purple Mashed Potatoes Recipe

- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- The purple potatoes should be washed and peeled.
- Place the potatoes in a pot and cut them into small chunks.
- Bring the potatoes to a boil in a pot of water.

- Return the potatoes to the pot after draining.
- To the pot, add the butter, milk, and salt.
- Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
