  • Salt and pepper the chicken breasts.

  • Set aside the chicken from the skillet.

  • Cook until the potatoes are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover skillet, and cook for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Serve immediately.
