  • Prep Time: 10 minutes

  • Total Time: 1 hour, 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Clean the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from oven and set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Cut a slit in each potato's top and fluff with a fork.
  • Drizzle each potato with the butter mixture.
  • Mini marshmallows should be placed on top of each potato.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes more, or until marshmallows are melted and lightly browned.
